RÉSUMÉ
Dans le code civil on retrouve des articles que la doctrine de spécialité a ignorés ou n’a traités qu’en passant. L’article 485 est l’un d’entre eux, et cette étude se propose de lui faire an quelque sorte justice et d’apporter des clarifications relatives à un texte d’une grande profondeur des idées, mais aussi avec de surprenantes influences et applications pratiques. Un texte qui, comme l’armoire du poème de Rimbaud, cache beaucoup de drames, ayant l’intention de dire ses histoires, lorsqu’il ouvre ses grands battants…

ABSTRACT
We find in the civil code articles that the doctrine of specialty has ignored or dealt with only en passant.
