On 10 November 2023, at the [Inter]national Civil Law Conference. Family Law (6th edition), took place the second edition of the Family Law Review Awards Ceremony.
the winners:
1.The „Ion P. Filipescu” Prize – Opera Omnia went to Professor PhD Marieta Avram from the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest. The prize was announced by Professor PhD Adina R. Motica and the Laudatio was delivered by Professor PhD Cristina Nicolescu.
2.The „Ioan Albu” Prize was awarded to the associate lecturer Bogdan Dumitru Moloman for the book „Civil Code. Book II. On the family. Articles 258-534. Comments, explanations and case law, 2nd edition, revised”, published in 2022 by Universul Juridic Publishing House in Bucharest. The award was announced by Professor Phd. Codruța Hageanu and the Laudatio was delivered by Professor PhD Marieta Avram.
3.The „Eugen A. Barasch” Prize was awarded to Judge PhD Ioan Ilieș Neamț for the study „It was willingly and unforced by anyone, but I was wrong. About guilt divorce and divorce guilt”, published (part I) in the Family Law Review no. 2/2021 and (part II) in the Family Law Review no. 1/2022. The award was announced by Proffesor PhD. Lucia Irinescu and the Laudatio was delivered by Professor PhD Adina R. Motica.

On 23 October 2021, at the [Inter]national Civil Law Conference. Family (4th ed.), took place the first Family Law Review Awards Ceremony.
The winners:
1.The „Ion P. Filipescu” Prize – Opera Omnia went to Professor PhD Emese Florian from the Faculty of Law of the „Babeș-Bolyai” University of Cluj-Napoca. The Laudatio was delivered by Professor PhD Codruța Hageanu.
2.The „Ioan Albu” Prize was awarded to Professor PhD Cristina Nicolescu for the book „Family Law”, published in 2020 by Solomon Publishing House in Bucharest. The Laudatio was delivered by Professor Phd Emese Florian.
3.The „Eugen A. Barasch” Prize was awarded to Professor PhD Adina R. Motica and Professor PhD Lavinia Tec for the study „Family by contract”, published in issue 1-2/2019 of the Family Law Review. The Laudatio was delivered by Professor PhD Marieta Avram.
